Denver Zoo; Joshua's Bday

Day one on our trip to Denver was Joshua's birthday. Amy went all out with a zoo theme. We started the day at the Denver Zoo. It went okay until Ryan had a melt down at lunch and we left early.


It was so hot even the monkeys were trying to get out.



Amy made so much food and decorated very festive.



The sweets Amy made were awesome and Joshua's personal cake looked yummy although Amy was upset Joshua didn't get messy enough (good thing CPS wasn't there to see the ways she was trying to get Joshua messier.




The lion cookies were Ryan's favorite.


Noah also wanted in on the cookies



Ryan had a rough first day but we had a great time and a great trip. More to come...
