A daily post?

(my cuties)
I saw a quote today that read:

"Something interesting happens every day.”
~Nigel Nicolson (Vita Sackville-West’s son) quoting Virginia Woolf

I was also searching around and read something that stated we shouldn't let a day do by without documenting it. I think my documenting skills have been few and far between lately. There are a few reasons for this. First, I am really working to try and find a balance to my daily schedule. As I have mentioned I have been working from home lately and it poses a challenge to do a good job working AND a good job raising the kids at home everyday. I am trying not to put them in front of the TV, put on a movie and enjoy 2 hours of uninterrupted work. So, I am working on finding a schedule that will balance my day. I think the first thing I am going to implement is waking up early to have a moment to myself. I want to start my day with coffee (or juice, I'm trying to be better) and a devotional. My goal is to start my day on my terms, not let my day run me. I'm still working the rest of the details out but I will let everyone know when (if ever) I really figure out the whole day.
The second problem I have with my blogging is pictures. I have all my pictures stored on my laptop but I now use my imac more often which I got from my mom so all her pictures are on it. Post just aren't as much fun without pictures!
So, there are all my excuses as to why the blogging has been at a minimum. I like the thought though of not letting a day go by undocumented. Of course I will not be able to blog daily but I will do my best to try it. My kids are at the age I don't ever want to forget.

Let me know how waking up early goes for you ;)
And coffee is 100% better then juice in the morning. Maybe 1000% better.
