Nathan

Finally we decided it was time to bring Christmas into the house. We bought a tree, got it trimmed with lights, garland, and ornaments. Then I went on to the task of putting the household decorations up. Well, I found the stockings. As most of you know I bought Ryan a stocking last year. As most of you also know I bought baby...Nathan a socking last year. Yes you read this right, Nathan. Noah came really close to being a Nathan. Looking back I have no clue why I didn't just buy the stocking and once baby was born and named then get the stocking embroidered.

Now the bigger problem. When I was looking on the Pottery Barn site they no longer have the stocking that I bought Ryan. I love the stocking that says Nathan. It is cute, it matched Ryan's stocking... what can I do? Is it possible to get the name on the stocking changed without ruining the stocking? I guess at this point I have nothing to lose! Help, Anyone? Ideas?

When I was looking at quilts for Tyler these past few weeks I noticed that they had a lot of ones that had been embroidered but had it taken out. I think if you were to take it to a seamstress or someone that does embroidery they should have no problem taking it out and then restitching Noah into it! See you tomorrow for some wrapping fun :)

I was thinking the same as Kylie. Find someone who can take it out and put Noah's name on it. Mrs. Bell maybe?

Something just occurred to me after seeing this post for the umpteenth time - where did the idea for Nathan come from? It didn't have anything to do with One Tree Hill would it? Hee hee hee :)

So I'm curious, what did you end up doing? Have you seen Caleb yet? Lost your mom's # and I need to get hold of her, can you e-mail it to me at gbeukelman@gmail.com? Thanks
