I wanted to congratulate Bobby for finishing his first triathlon on Saturday in 1hr and 22 min. Good job Bobby you rock, keep up the good work. hopefully there will be many more to come!
I also want to give a shout out to my friend, Adam, who just swam the English channel on my birthday, July 16th. His time was 14hrs 23min (Crazy huh?) You are awesome and I was praying like crazy for you! Adam started his adventure in Scotland, rode 8oo miles to Dover, swam 25 miles across the English Channel, and is now finishing with a 200 mile ride to Paris. If you have a chance you should check out his blog, they have some beautiful pictures posted!
