Weights


Alright, it's been a while because I don't really have a whole lot going on. Last week I worked out with weights. It SUCKED! I worked my legs on Tuesday and on Saturday I was starting to be able to walk again. Then we did chest and back on Thursday. After lifting on both days we did a 3 mile walk. It actually felt good to get out and do something. Everyone think Angi is working me too hard. I tried telling Angi this but no dice. She made me work just as hard next time. I will let you know how it goes this week.

Have you lost any weight? Don't be discouraged if you haven't because you are building muscle.....at least that's what I tell myself!!!

P.S. It would be nice if you would answer the questions I asked on my blog about blogging.

And here's another one.....how to you get those pics of the running shoes and weights on your blog site??? Can you tell me how to do that??? I want my blogs to be as interesting and enticing as yours!

If you clock the picture and drag the page down your picture will move. We won't see it drag though. As for the pictures of the weights I googled pictures of weights, found the picture I liked and saved it to my pictures, then entered it to my blog. You could also do it by using the web address for the picture but that doesn't work for me as well

Yeah, I think my computer is too old. I can't drag the pics. I just get a big zero with a slash through it! Oh well, next time I will try downloading the pics first, and then typing around them! Thanks for the help.
