here we go again...

Well, after months of complaining... I am no longer pregnant! I am happy to say Noah was born on Monday May 12th 2008. He is the most handsome little man. Thank you to everyone who was praying for us. Compared to Ryan's delivery this time around was such a better experience. I was able to deliver vaginally and no c-section was needed. Praise Jesus! My doctor broke my water for me at 8:35am and Noah was born at 12:37pm. Noah weighted in at 8lbs 6oz 19 1/2 inches long.

I am in pain but keep telling myself it is going to get better soon. I hope soon means by Monday when Tim goes back to work. Ryan seems to be taking good to Noah. He gives him kisses all the time and he will just stare at him.

I haven't seemed to get much sleep since Noah was born but that is to be expected. He has slept all day today though so I think I am in store for a long night. Here are some pictures of our new addition.

To be or not to be....

Induced.

Well, 40 weeks and 2 days later I am STILL pregnant! I am tired and not sleeping well at all, I have no energy to run after Ryan and this baby is making no signs of coming out any time soon. Yes I am dilated, yes we are afaced, but besides that not one contraction! Is it possible this can go on forever...? Well, no it's not. I had a doctors appointment yesterday and I am scheduled to be induced on Monday! That is a whole week away! Part of me wants to call the doctor and have him induce me on Friday so Tim can help me out for an extra 2 days.

With all that said I really want to have this baby come on his own. So lets all just pray this baby makes his appearance this week... the sooner the better!

Sounds like Ryan is up from his nap...gotta go!
